Avoiding Sleepless Nights

Is worry causing you sleepless nights? Worry and fear are two of the most corrosive emotions. They deplete our energy, make us less productive, keep us feeling scattered and disempowered.  When we worry our thoughts go hay-wire and we tend to amplify the negative.

Here is a strategy which has saved me from many sleepless nights – plan your schedule but function in “day-tight compartments”.  You can’t change the past and you can’t fully control what will happen tomorrow, next week, next month etc. But you do have control over each new day and what you do today will impact on your tomorrows.  Worry depletes our energy and scatters our focus. If you function in “day-tight compartments” you will feel more mentally-fit and have energy to achieve more that day.

We have two courses which have strategies for Handling Pressure and dealing with difficult situations – view the details here.
